By using this website, the user agrees to our terms and conditions. We may change or update these conditions at any time so please check this page regularly. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update the information at any time without prior notice. The WorkFaced website is offered to customers around the world. Prices are in US dollars and all orders will be exported from Taiwan. The export ban on face masks due to Covid-19 will be lifted at the beginning of June 2020. Due to constantly fluctuating material costs and shortages, WorkFaced reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Availability of different mask colors depends greatly on the materials currently in production. We cannot guarantee a certain color will be available at the time of your order. Orders may be filled with one mask color or several mixed mask colors. Once our supply increases, we may offer color mask choices at checkout. We ship globally however on occasion delivery may be unavailable in some areas of the world due to matters out of our control. Please contact us through service@workfaced.com before you order if you believe your area may be unavailable or restricted.

Shipments are delivered from Taiwan through UPS international expedited. WorkFaced nor UPS can guarantee delivery on or before a specific date. Please order before you need face masks for the workplace to ensure you have them on time. Delivery times, border controls and customs authorities may influence delivery times. With normal conditions, shipments will arrive in 5-7 business days. Be sure to double check delivery address and telephone number when placing your order and ensure there will be somebody on the premises to take delivery of the shipment. After dispatch, you will be sent a tracking number.

Due to the sterile, hygienic, personal and disposable nature of face masks, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.

After receiving the shipment, please check carefully and notify us within 24 hours of incorrect quantity or damaged product. If the export carton is damaged, including punctures or water damage, please contact UPS directly with your report, photos and claim.
If you do not receive goods within 5-7 days please check tracking number or contact us directly at service@workfaced.com

All international duty and tax are to be paid by the customer at time of import. Prices are without duty and tax.

Our business model is to support business establishments around the world so they can buy in bulk at reasonable prices to protect their employees while returning to work. Although we cannot control who actually purchases our face masks, we reserve the right to choose our customer base. One order per customer please. If you require a larger quantity of face masks due to a large workforce, please contact us at service@workfaced.com to discuss further.
